| 摘 要： | 国外职业教育集团化中学生的角色转变，分为以学校为主体的“学生→学徒→学生”和以企业为主体的“学徒_学生_学徒”两种模式。从制度保障、资金保障、师资保障、环境保障等方面，论述了国外职业教育中加快学生角色转变的运行机制。

| Abstract: | Students＇ role change mode in foreign vocational education collectivization can be classified in to two modes： ＂student → apprentice → student＂, taking school as the subjective; and ＂apprentice → student apprentice＂, taking enterprise as the subjective. The paper discusses the mechanism of speeding up students＇ role change mode from system guarantee, capital guarantee, teaching staff guarantee, and environment guarantee. |
