| 摘 要： | 新中国第一部宪法的制定,既是中国宪政运动历史发展走向的必然结果,又是新中国成立后中国共产党领导中国人民探索由新民主主义向社会主义过渡这一特定历史环境下的产物,同时还是世界上第一个社会主义国家苏联共产党领袖斯大林关于中国制宪问题建议发挥重要作用的结果。因此,新中国第一部宪法的制定,是国际国内各种因素相互作用和影响而产生的综合产物。

| Abstract: | The formulation of the first constitution of the People's Republic of China was the inevitable result of the historical development of the constitutional movement in China,was a result of the particular historical circumstances of the Chinese Communist Party leading Chinese people to explore the road from New Democracy to socialism,was also the product of the suggestions about Chinese constitution made by Stalin the Soviet Union leader of the Communist Party in the world's first socialist country.Therefore,the formulation of the first constitution of the People's Republic of China was the integrated product of the interaction of various international and domestic factors. |
