| Abstract: | Young teachers are fresh forces in higher vocational colleges. According to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges young teachers＇ career development, the paper is mainly explored the bottleneck of their career development, the role of schools and individuals about young teachers career planning in higher vocational colleges, so as to realize the win-win between young teachers and the development of higher vocational colleges. |
