摘    要:“产学结合”教育模式是我国当前职业教育不可或缺的办学“支柱”。在这一模式下,工作即学习,生产即作业。教师只有对自己的角色自觉,才能适应高职教育的发展,培养受企业和社会欢迎的技能型人才。

Abstract:This paper indicates that "Work-integrated Learning" is vital in current vocational education in China.In this mode,study is working,and assignment is operating.Only if the teacher has enough self awareness of this situation,could he/she adapt to the development of higher vocational education to cultivate talents who are badly needed by enterprises and the society.
