| 摘 要： | 大学新生不同程度存在人际关系方面的困扰，影响其学习生活和日后发展质量。相关调查发现，性别、专业、是否是独生子女、生源地等因素均对其人际环境适应构成影响。重视新生人际关系问题，帮助他们尽快适应大学学习生活，是一项非常重要且能取得事半功倍效果的工作。

| Abstract: | College freshmen different extents troubles interpersonal relationships,affect the learning quality of life and future development.Related survey found that gender,profession,only child of their interpersonal and other factors affect the adaptation to the Interpersonal environment.Attention to new relationships,and help them adapt to university life,is a very important job and can get more effective results. |
