| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨清开灵在小儿外感高热症治疗中的疗效。方法 将小儿外感高热症 75例 ,随机分为治疗组 5 0例 ,对照组 2 5例 ,治疗组采用清开灵注射液静滴、口服、肌注相结合疗法 ,对照组采用红霉素联合阿莫西林治疗。结果 清开灵有明显的降热效果 ,退热作用优于西药组 (p <0 .0 1) ,降温后体温不回升 ,对病毒或细菌感染引起的高热有较好的退热作用

| Abstract: | Purpose: To delve into the effect of Qingkailing on children's exopathic hyperpyrexia.Method: To divide the 75 cases of exopathic hyperpyrexia into two groups, one with 50 children treated with Qingkailing by intravenous injection, taking orally and intramuscular injection; the other 25 children treated with Erythromycin and Amoxicillin .Conclusion: Qingkailing has the more effective power of bringing down high temperature caused by virus and germ than the Western medicine(p<0.01). |
