低氧运动下AMPK与体脂调节相关激素的研究进展

摘    要:低氧运动导致体重下降是运动训练中受关注的问题,体脂减少可能是主要的原因。低氧运动下AMPK被激活,导致食欲抑制、脂代谢增加。Leptin和Adiponectin是脂肪细胞分泌的调节摄食和脂肪代谢的两种重要激素,亦涉及到低氧运动下的体脂减少和体重下降,并且和AMPK之间存在相互影响。

Abstract:Body weight decrease induced by hypoxic exercise is a problem commanding wide attention in sports training.During hypoxic exercise,AMPK is activated,appetite inhibited and lipid metabolism enhanced.Leptin and Adiponectin are important hormones secreted by adipose cells to regulate eating and lipoid metabolism.They are also related to the decrease in the body fat and body weight induced by hypoxic exercise and interactive with AMPK.
