形似质异 改变模式——一种新的挥击技术动作的实验研究

棒球挥击动作技术的核心是快速有力和准确这两个因素。而过去的几十年里,人们一直把快速有力放在第一位。同时,挥击技术上主要采用田径投掷项目的技术原理。笔者在教学和训练中认为以上两点在理论和技术上都较为不妥。笔者通过实验,改进上肢动作,改变发力结构,以寻求更快,更准的挥击效果,为探索一种新的挥击动作而提供理论依据。

An Experimental Study on a New Bat Swing Technology

The key of bat swing is fast and powerful as well asaccurate. However, in the past several tens years, we regard the fast and powerful bat swing as No.1. On the other hand, in technology of bat swing, we adopted the technologicalprinciple of throwing action of Track and Field. Through teaching and training experience, the author thinks these are not proper in technology and theory. By experiment, the author thinks, in order to get faster and more accurateeffect of bat swing, we must improve upper limbers action and construction of using force. The paper provided a therotical base for exploring a new action of bat swing.
