Studying the Management of Female College Students from the Vision of Gender

The work of female college students management is an important part of university student management. It directly relates to the quality of training female students, and the impact on the growth of them to become a useful adult. This article explains the work of female college students management from the gender-based perspective, and analyzes the question ＂gender unconsciousness＂ in the present work. With the present situation in college and contemporary management concepts, it pays attention to and also discusses the new forms of female college students management which based on the gender angle of view.
