| 摘 要： | 高等学校院(系)级党组织是学校党组织的中间环节，是校党委的组织基础和工作基础，也是实现党对高校领导的保证。在目前高等学校中院(系)级普遍实行党政联席会议制度，处在学校党的建设与事业发展特殊地位的院(系)级党组织，其政治核心、参与、监督和保证等功能与作用及其如何发挥值得深入思考。

| Abstract: | The Party organization of institute is link , organization and working foundation,guarantee that carries out leading in the colleges and universities. The institution joint conference is generally used of the Party and the government at present. The Party organization of institute place specially on Party building. It is worth consideration carefully what's its function (example for the core of politics, participation,supervision and guarantee) and how to develop the function. |
