| 摘 要： | 教育部颁布的《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》为幼儿园教师培养院校确定了人才培养的规格和质量标准,引领着高职高专学前教育专业的建设和课程改革.学前教育专业应该在人才培养目标、培养模式、课程设置、课程实施及人才培养质量评估等方面进行系统改革,从而全面提高幼儿园教师职前培养质量.

| Abstract: | "The kindergarten teachers’ professional standards(on trial)" issued by the ministry of education sets specifications and quality standards of talent training for training colleges,leading the construction and curriculum reform of pre-school education in higher vocational colleges.Reforms should be carried out in the following aspects: training purpose,training mode,curriculum setting,curriculum implementation and talent training quality evaluation,etc.to improve kindergarten teachers’ cultivation quality in an all-round way. |
