| Abstract: | By summarized the successful experience of Zhao Ehua teaches Huang Wenyi who is the second place winner of rowing project in Olympic Games, this paper finds that Swiss ball training plays a critical role in training. Therefore, it experiment this method to test deeply the effect of using Swiss ball in rowing athletes training. |
