摘    要:以体育舞蹈和太极作为不同的锻炼方式,对高职学生进行追踪实验,考察自我观念中身体自我、生活满意度、焦虑与锻炼方式的关系,促进人们对身体活动与心理健康关系的认识,同时为人们健身方式的选择提供参考。

Abstract:Tai Ji and aerobic exercises are selected in the paper as different exercise styles. The tracing experiment on students is divided in two different groups. The main purpose is the investigating of the relationship between different exercise styles with body-self, self-esteem and satisfaction of life. It promotes the cognition of people on relation between body exercises and mental health, provides the reference for selection of body exercise styles also.
