| Abstract: | After setting forth the concept, results and disadvantages of college students' scientific and technological invention, this article deeply studies the important role of university. Our purpose is to analyze the present management situation of college student's scientific and technological invention by the university, and to propose some basic ways in favor of giving full play to the university's functions, in order to promote great development of college students' scientific and technological invention. |
