| 摘 要： | "阳光体育运动"推进不力的原因在于:传统文化观念和社会选拔制度的影响、体育文化基础缺失、"全员体育"动员不足等。提出解决对策:进一步加强政策保障和促进措施,用体育的文化性影响教师和学生,整合基层力量,鼓励校本体育实践。
