体育课程“课例研修”模式的建构

摘    要:依据体育课程与教学的相关理论,结合体育学科的教学实际和体育教师的培训需求,构建体育课程"课例研修"模式。通过对体育课程"课例研修"的概念和基本特征的确定,指出影响体育课程"课例研修"有效组织的因素,描述了体育课程"课例研修"的基本流程与成员分工方法,提出开展体育课程"课例研修"的要求。强调既要加强有针对性和实效性的体育课程研修的研究,也要不断总结经验,通过开展"课例研修"鼓励体育教师不断促进自身发展。
