职业院校"双师型"教师生存病态与诊疗

摘    要:目前,职业院校"双师型"教师生存现状不容乐观.实践中,存有认知阻隔、渠道阻隔和专业阻隔等病态,其原因为理论解释与实践解读不统一、培养增量与实际需量不对口、培育计策与实惠政策不匹配等.为解决此问题,应做到"双师型"教师内涵界定明确化、培养途径多元化、评价标准科学化、专业管理制度化.

Abstract:The survival current situation of the double-type teachers in vocational school is not very optimistic nowadays. There are some problems in the practice, such as, knowledge obstruct, channel obstruct and speciality obstruct, whose reasons are the disunity of the theory explanation and the practical explanation, the wrong of the training increment and the practical need, the unparallel of the training stratagem and the boon policy. We should make the connotation of the double-type teachers clear, train the multiple paths, have the evaluation standard be scientific and have the speciality management form the system in order to solve the last problems.
