| 摘 要： | 采用文献研究法,从羽毛球意识的含义、形成过程、内容、影响因素及如何培养等方面,对羽毛球意识进行分析探讨.通过学习与钻研羽毛球专业理论知识,重视基本技术训练与战术意识相结合,加强智力训练,培养优秀的羽毛球意识,提高运动员的竞技水平.

| Abstract: | By using documentary research,this paper probes into the consciousness of badminton by analysis definition,forming process,content,the affecting factors and how to train it.Through studying intensively badminton professional theory knowledge,we showed pay attention to the basic fundamental to train and combine with tactics consciousness,strengthen intelligence training,train outstanding badminton consciousness,improve the athlete's sports level. |
