| 摘 要： | 体育教学必须把学生看作生命体来进行教育,把教育的目的、过程和结果都同生命发展联系起来,从经验积累上升为学生的生命体验,使学习过程成为一种愉悦,使主体成为自我生命的体验者的追求,培养人不断地领悟世界的意义和人本身存在的意义。因为,人在生命过程中意识着、体验着自己生命的意义、目的和价值。
