| Abstract: | Human capital investment is an important measure for nation economic development and social progress. Sport is an important way for human capital formation. It plays an unique role and can not be substituted on enhancing labor quality,sustaining labor force reproduction, promoting national income. Nation and society should pay attention on sports same as education and medical treatment and health care. |
