| 摘 要： | 随着社会用人单位对高职人才的体质要求寄予越来越高的期望,与ISO9000标准中以顾客为导向要求相一致的就是我国的高职体育教育在ISO9000质量标准的实施中必须挑战传统教育理念;确认建立ISO9000质量标准在高职体育教学管理中的的必要性;持续改进高职体育教育管理体系的过程管理;注重体育实践教学质量和高职体育师资队伍的建设;完善高职体育教学质量监测机制,使高职体育教育教学管理在ISO9000质量标准理论指导及实践教学中得到具体的实施和总结,与社会对高职体育教学的质量要求相一致。

| Abstract: | At present,better and healthier bodies of graduates from vocational higher education are highly expected by the employing units.This requirement is the same as Customers Orientation in ISO9000.In order to carry out the ISO9000's quality criteria in vocational higher physical education and to meet the needs of employing units,we should take steps in ISO9000's implementation:to challenge the traditional education ideas,to set up the necessity of ISO9000's criteria.,to improve the physical education's process ... |
