班级制度文化对高职学生团队意识的养成作用研究

当今社会，独生子女占高职学生的比重越来越大，在家长的娇惯下，他们以自我为中心的情况较为突出，个人主义思想盛行，团队意识薄弱。这都使他们今后的社会竞争力和职业发展大打折扣。本文从班级制度文化这一文化层面分析了其对高职学生团队意识养成的重要作用，以为高校重视班级制度文化建设提供借鉴意义。

Research on the Role of Class System Culture in the De- velopment of Higher Vocational College Students' Sense of Team

In today＇s society,the proportion of only child account-ed for higher vocational students is increasingly big,but due to the over-indulgent attitude of parents,they are severely self-cen-tered, individualism prevailing and team consciousness weaken-ing among them. This makes their social competence and occu-pation development weak greatly.This paper analyzes the effects on the development of higher vocational college students＇ sense of team from the class system culture, hoping to provide a reference for colleges and universities to pay more attention to class system culture construction.
