试论高校辅导员主体地位的确立

高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育一线的骨干力量，是大学生健康成长的领路人和指导者。随着思想政治教育人学范式转换的不断推进，在主体视角下对高校辅导员的理论研究不断深入。本文在梳理高校辅导员主体地位提出的基础上，重点分析了高校辅导员主体地位的生成和建构，以期为高校辅导员主体地位的确立及发展提供内在依据。

On the Establishment of University Counselors' Principal Position

University counselors are the backbone force at the forefront of university students＇ ideological and political education, as well as the guider and mentor for university students＇ healthy growth. With the unceasing promotion of humanistic model of ideological and political education, the theoretical research on university counselors from a principal perspective is continuously deepened. Based on an introduction to the advent of university counselors＇ principsl position, this paper focuses on its formation and construction, hoping to provide intrinsic basis for its establishment and development.
