| 摘 要： | 在宋代司法审判中，由于证据是认定案情、适用法律、定罪量刑的主要依据。所以非常重视收集、保全和运用证据。为确保证据的可靠性和公正判决，尤其重视对言词证据、书面证据、实物证据的审查和辨验。在辨析和运用证据中，宋代已积累了丰富的鉴别真伪的经验，对今天的司法审判亦有启迪意义。

| Abstract: | Evidence is considered as a primary basis for identification of case,application of law,and a verdict in the trial of a lawsuit,so evidence is usually cautiously collected,protected and applied.In order to ensure the reliability and justice,top priority is given to proof of the oral,written and material evidences.The experiences of the Song dynasty are of significance for today. |
