| 摘 要： | 高职院校与行业企业共建共享型实训基地是促进高职教育深度融入产业链、有效服务区域经济和战略性新兴产业发展的重要途径。校企合作共建区域共享型实训基地通过对区域产业和职业教育资源的整合,全面构建校企一体、区域联盟的协同共建机制,合作育人、合作发展的协调运行机制,基于市场化运作的经营管理机制,形成协同效应,从而提升区域共享型实训基地的社会效益和经济效益。

| Abstract: | The shared practical training base co -construction of higher vocational colleges and the enterpris-es is an important way to improve the deep integration of higher vocational education and the industrial chain ,ef-fectively serve the regional economy and develop the strategic emerging industries .With the integration of the re-sources of regional industry and vocational education ,the region-shared practical training base is built with the coordination mechanism of university -enterprise integration and regional alliance ,the operating mechanism of co-operation and development and the management mechanism based on market -oriented operation .In this way ,the coordinate effect can be formed so as to enhance the social and economic benefits of the region -shared practical training base . |
