| Abstract: | How to make breakthroughs in state - owned enterprises for reform and development un-der the new situation? The only answer is through blazing new trails. Blazing new trails in the mechanismis essential to the reform and development of the enterprises, breakthroughs in ideas are the precursors ofopening up markets, technological innovation is the guarantee of strengthening competitiveness, and blaz-ing new trails in management is the basis of raising economic returns. It is imperative for the enterprise toseek breakthroughs through blazing new trails, and to promote development through blazing new trails. |
