新建地方本科高校实验室队伍建设面临的问题与对策 ——以贵州师范学院为例

实验室队伍建设是高校"双一流"建设的重要内容,也是高校教学、科学研究中重要的一环.从高校助推社会经济发展、实验室设备更新换代、整体科研能力提升等角度出发,对实验室队伍建设提出了更高要求.以贵州师范学院为例,分析了新建地方本科院校实验室队伍建设的现状以及面临的主要问题,并提出针对性的对策.

Problems and Countermeasures of Laboratory Team Construction in Newly-built Local Universities:Taking Guizhou Education University as an Example

The construction of laboratory team is an important content of"Double first-class"construction in colleges and universities,is also an important link in the teaching and scientific research of colleges and universities.From the perspective of boosting the social and economic development of colleges and universities,upgrading the laboratory equipment of colleges and universities,and improving the overall scientific research ability of colleges and universities,it has put forward higher requirements for the construction of experimental teams.Taking Guizhou Normal University as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of the experimental team in the newly-established local universities,briefly describes the problems faced by the construction of the experimental team,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
