目的/意义]旨在探索信息技术产业创新监测评估,深入把握产业运行的现状和短板,优化产业链,合理配置产业结构,提升产业生产效率,助推产业发展。方法/过程]以上海信息技术产业为例,对其国际贸易、结构状况,以及产业链安全等进行监测评估。结果/结论]采用国际贸易评估模型、产业内贸易指数模型、贸易竞争力指数模型、产业结构状况评估模型与监测方法对上海信息技术产业进行监测的创新手段是可行的,可以产生一定积极的产业评估效果。评估结果可为今后的上海信息技术产业的发展提供客观依据。

Purpose/significance]The paper is to explore the monitoring and evaluation of information industry innovation so as to acquire deep understanding of current operation and weakness of the industry improve the industry chain reasonably design the industrial structure enhance the industrial productivity and encourage the industrial development.Method/process]The paper takes information technology industry of Shanghai for example and monitors and evaluates its international trades current structure industry chain security and other factors.Result/conclusion]The innovative approach is feasible which uses international trade evaluation model intra-industry trade index model trade competitiveness index model and industrial structure assessment model and monitoring method to monitor information technology industry of Shanghai.The evaluation results could provide objective evidences for the future development of information technology industry of Shanghai.
