摘    要:循证教育改革肇始于西方医学,业已成为全球前沿的改革思潮。作为一种新型的教育改革范式,它是指在教育改革中围绕教育问题,基于最佳的研究证据,实现教育决策和实践的科学化,促进教育质量的提升。纵观其发展历程,大致可以划分为起源与形成、发展与完善、深化与拓展三个阶段。然而,在循证教育改革中,过分注重证据至上与实证测量而忽视教育的特殊性与复杂性,致使教育改革陷入统计主义的窠臼中,割裂教师的专业知识与经验。为此,加强教育改革问题与方法的适切性,构建共融共生的研究方法体系以及促进教师专业知识和经验紧密结合成为推动循证教育改革有效性的主要路径。

Abstract:Evidence-based educational reform started in western medicine and has become the forefront of global reform trend.As a new paradigm of educational reform,it focuses on the educational issues in the educational reform and realizes the scientific educational decision-making and practice based on the best research evidence,and promote the improvement of educational quality.Review its development process,evidence-based educational reform has gone through three historical stages,namely,the period of origin and formation,development and improvement,deepening and expansion.However,in the evidence-based educational reform,the evidence and empirical measurement are overemphasized,ignoring the particularity and complexity of education.As a result,the educational reform falls into the pattern of statisticalism and separates the professional knowledge and experience of teachers.Therefore,to promote the effective development of evidence-based educational reform,it is necessary to pay attention to the suitableness of educational reform problem and method,construct the symbiosis research method system,and promote the close combination of teacher professional knowledge and experience.
