| 摘 要： | 当前,大多数地方高职院校的经费都不能满足学校改革和发展的需要。近年来,学校的各项办学成本都大幅度上升,使学校不堪重负,长此以往将影响地方高职院校的办学质量。加强对办学经费的管理,一是要积极争取政府加大对高职教育的投入;二是要积极探索多元化的筹资渠道;三是要加强对高职院校经费使用效率的监管;四是要改进高职院校的会计核算;五是要做好财务分析,为学院管理决策提供依据。

| Abstract: | At the moment, most local technical institutes＇ funds cannot meet the needs of their reform and development. In recent years, the burden of the greatly increasing running costs will affect local vocational education. Therefore, this paper holds that measures must be taken to strengthen the management of funds： the first one is to actively strive for increasing government investment; the second one is to actively explore diversified financing channels; the third one is to strengthen the supervision of higher technical institutes＇ budget efficiency; the fourth one is to improve their accounting; and the fifth one is to strengthen the financial analysis of technical institutes, so as to provide grounds for their decision-making. |
