摘    要:为准确掌握和分析船舶事故原因,有效地进行船舶安全管理,以不同水域不同船舶事故成因的风险、频率和后果为基础,建立基于熵权的海上交通风险成因物元评价模型.通过该模型对船舶事故成因进行评价,得出船舶事故成因的重要度.实例证明,基于熵权的物元模型适用于海上交通风险成因评价,补充、完善了海上交通风险成因评价体系,为海事安全管理提供决策支持.

Abstract:In order to master and analyze the causes of marine accident accurately, and improve the ship safety management effectively, the matter element assessment model on marine traffic risk factors based on entropy weight is built, which is established on the basis of the risk, frequency and consequence of different causes of marine accident in different water. By using this model, the importance of the causes of marine accident is obtained. It is testified that the matter element model based on entropy weight is applicable to the marine traffic risk factor evaluation, improves the evaluation system of marine traffic risk factors, and provides decision support to maritime safety administration.
