| 摘 要： | 衡阳是一个具有深厚历史文化资源的历史文化名城,有中国古代四大发明的蔡伦造纸;有哲学思想五百年来第一人王船山;有文明奥区天下南岳;有远近闻名的衡州窑……可谓文化历史悠久,文化特色突出,文化资源丰富。在当今文化经济化,经济文化一体化的国际发展潮流下,如何发挥好这一宝贵文化资源,把资源发展成产业,便是衡阳重新崛起的重要战略手段。
