| 摘 要： | 滑坡论主张抵制某种行为或决定，因为支持这种行为或决定将导致今后不得不赞同其他明显应予反对的东西。滑坡论属或然性的推理，其效力受使用场景及人们价值观念等因素的影响。尽管如此，在司法裁判活动中，滑坡论能促使法官认真严谨地制作裁判书以防止日后产生不良后果。

Slippery Slope Argument and Its Application in Legal Reasoning |

| Abstract: | The slippery slope argument holds that we must oppose certain action or policy since the support of such action or policy may lead to support of what obviouslymust be opposed in the future. It belongs to probability reasoning, and its effectiveness is determined by the context of its application and people's opinionof value. Even though, it can impel the judges to make verdicts very cautiously in the judicial field so as to avoid harmful consequences in the future. |
