| 摘 要： | 企业应用IT的价值在哪里?价值的产生机制一直是国内外研究的重点。通过分析大量的国内外IT价值研究文献,以资源观理论为框架,全面而系统地总结了能产生竞争优势的IT资源。并基于互补的观点和过程的观点,提出了IT资源互补研究的假设和IT价值产生过程的假设,概括了IT价值产生过程的影响因素,提出了一个IT价值研究的综合模型。
