对健美操律动教学法的探讨

摘    要:健美操律动教学发挥了人体运动与音乐紧密联系的特点,是主体人以自身为客体的运动。通过形成感性知识的规律,借助运动的表现形式认识并掌握健美操运动的本质,可以实现健美操律动教学基本方法所包含的节奏训练、控制与校正训练、概念具体化训练三个方面的内容。

Abstract:Aerobics rhythm teaching, has given play to the close connection of human motion and music, it is people's sports taking oneself as object of subject. Through forming the law of perceptual knowledge, know and grasp the essence of the aerobics movement through the form of expression of sports. Realize aerobics basic method, rhythm of teaching include rhythm train, control and correct training, the concept specify and train three respects. Rhythm is it is it set up through health one express way, time of concept with health movement to practise to train; It is to help students to set up movements and consult the system to control and correct training; It is the behavior that a aerobics concept specifies that the concept is specified and trained, help student hold about concept near, opposite relevant knowledge that set against.
