| 摘 要： | 应用型人才培养是一种新的教育观念和新的教育模式,如何办出特色,适应现阶段社会经济对人才的需要,是值得探讨的话题。本文在科学发展观指导下,结合应用型本科人才的特点,转变教育思想观念,从人才培养的层次定位,创新意识的训练,职业素质的培养,实践能力的强化等方面探索土木工程应用型本科人才培养模式。
