| 摘 要： | 对新加坡青奥会跨文化交往下的文化进行了解读,并从跨文化的视域剖析了首届新加坡青奥会奥运普世性价值观的构建：1）在场价值——奥林匹克精神,2）目标价值——卓越、友谊、尊重。阐述了其奥运普世性价值的实现方式：1）人员经历（学习、贡献、互动、庆祝）,2）新加坡2010年青奥会奥运计划（赛前参与计划、体育竞赛计划、教育和文化计划、青年奥运村、新媒体）,最终从首届新加坡青奥会的办赛理念中得以启示：1）努力构建跨文化交往中的核心价值观;2）注重理念到实践的有效传导。

| Abstract: | Interpretate the cultural based on the cross-cultural,Analyze the construction of Singapore Youth Olympic universal value based on the Cross-cultural perspective：1）present value-olympic spirit,2）target value-excellence,friendship,respect.Explain the approach of olympic universal value： 1）staff experience（learning,contributing,interaction,celebrating）,2）olympic programme of Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games（Pre-Games Eringement,Sports Programme,Education and Culture Programme,Youth Olympic Village,New media）.Inspiration： 1）Build the Core values of Cross-cultural contact,2）Focus on the effective conductivity from philosophy to practice. |
