摘 要: | 基于中国专利数据库深圳市2007—2021年联合申请专利数据构建深圳市产学研专利合作网络,运用 Gephi和ArcGIS等分析工具及社交网络分析方法,探究深圳市产学研专利合作网络的演化特征。结果表明:(1)产学研合作率处于较低水平,合作网络密度不断下降、平均路径长度大,产学研合作主体之间联系不够紧密;(2)合作网络具有明显的进化特征,高校占据历年合作网络的核心位置,企业的创新主体性没有发挥;(3)产学研合作的空间联系以北京、江浙沪和深圳为中心向周围地域辐射,已基本覆盖全国大多数区域。据此提出提高产学研合作水平的政策建议。

Analysis of Pattern Evolution of Industry-University-Research Patent Cooperation Network in Shenzhen City and Policy Implications |

Abstract: | Based on patent cooperation data of Shenzhen city from 2007 to 2021 in China Patent Database, this paper builds Industry-University-Research patent cooperation network of Shenzhen city and analyses pattern evolution of the industry-university-research patent cooperation network by using the software like Gephi and ArcGIS and the method of social network analysis. The results show that: (1) as a whole, rate of industry-university-research cooperation is at a low level, and the density of industry-university-research patent cooperation network is decreasing and the network has a large average path length which means the cooperation connections are not close enough; (2) the industry-university-research patent cooperation network in Shenzhen city shows obvious evolution characteristics, and universities occupy the center of industry-university-research patent cooperation network for years while enterprises do not show the innovation subjectivity; (3) spatial industry-university connection radiates to surrounding areas with Beijing, Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai Area and Shenzhen as the center and covers most areas of China. According to these results, this paper also summarizes policy implications and puts forward a series of policy suggestions to improve the development of Industry-University-Research cooperation in Shenzhen city. |
