| 摘 要： | 阐明了企业技术管理体系的概念,描述了技术管理体系的作用过程框架。在此基础上,分析了技术管理的三个维度和三个子系统,说明了各维度和子系统之间的作用关系。构建了企业技术管理体系的空间结构模型,从而为技术管理的研究奠定了新的基础。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly explains the concept of technology management system of enterprises, and then illustrates its process framework. Based on these, three dimensions and three subsystems of technology management system are analyzed, and the relationships between them are explained. Finally, the three dimensional structure model of technology management system is established, which lays a new foundation for further study of management of technology. |
