近年来,地方高校在激烈的人才竞争中,不断出台政策,加大力度引进人才,然而,地方高校在大规模的人才引进工作中存着认识不清、重学历轻能力、重引进轻使用和培养、缺乏科学的人才管理的政策等问题.为此,地方高校在人才引进中应重视成本和效益,做好科学规划;做好人才的后续培养和开发;重视健全和完善稳定人才的政策;创造良好养才环境,使地方高校的人才引进工作健康、理性、有序地和谐发展.
