国民党在大陆土改失败的原因和在台湾土改成功的原因可归于决心大小、凝聚力强弱、阻力大小不同。国民党在大陆土改时,议而不决,决而不行,内部四分五裂,坚决维护地主阶级自身利益,从而导致失败;国民党在台湾土改时,大刀阔斧,无须维护地主阶级的利益,从而走向成功。

While in Taiwan,KMT was bold and resolute,and unite to overcome any trouble in promoting the land reform without caring for the interests of landlord class,which leaded to final success.
