To Put into Practice the Important Thought of Three Representatives and to Seek New Approaches to Strengthen and Improve Ideological and Political Work for University Students

The author suggests that the basic ideas for seeking new approaches to strengthen and improve ideological and political work for university students are the following: to hold highly the great banners of Deng Xiaoping's Theory;to put into practice the important thought of "Three Represents";to adhere the socialist principles of running universities;to raise the awareness of the overall situation;and to build a favorable environment for educating university students.The author also considers that,in order to open up a new prospect of the ideological and political work for university students,it is essential to have the ideas of creativity and moral,to practice the idea of governing the country with moral,to build the university campus into a leading area for the practice of the important thought of "Three Represents";to seek truth from the facts and to advance with the times.
