| 摘 要： | 在现时代,伴随管理思潮的变革及受教育者自身特点的变化,班级作为学校最小的教育单元其管理理念也将发生巨大变化."柔性管理"参与班级建设与管理成为一种必然.对于班级建设与管理的几项重要要素,如教师的作用与地位,班级目标的制定,班团干部的选拔、任免,良好班级氛围的营造等,"柔性管理"思想分别赋予了它们新的含义与解释,以及一些操作化的建议,以期实现学生自我管理、自我设计主观能动性的最大发挥.

| Abstract: | Nowadays the administrative reform has entailed the "flexible administration" in the class construction and management, which redefines the meanings, implications and explanations of such important factors as teachers role and position, the making of class objective, and offers some operational suggestions in the hope of bringing about the students' maximum subjective initiative. |
