跆拳道新规则中主裁判执法的研究

通过对跆拳道新旧规则的分析对比,提出对犯规行为的判定与处罚应注意遵循有意无意、有先有后、有主有次、有利无利、判罚果断的原则,注意判断出界“停”口令的运用,尽量减少比赛的中断,保持比赛的连贯性并注意避免危险及犯规情况的出现。

Research on New Regulation of Taekwondo

This dissertation mainly aims to study and approach how the main judge understand and conduct the new regulation in order to judge fairly and accurately in their practical works by contrast the difference between the old regulations and the new one.Therefore this paper is emphasize the importance of the rules such as "by accident or design;former or later;important or unimportant;beneficial or unbeneficial" and "judging resolutely" in the judge of fouls,to notice the appropriately use of the "stop" order to judge outsides,as well as to try to avoid the times of "break off" in the course of a contest in order to keep the contest goes smoothly.
