| 摘 要： | 全国技巧教学训练大纲已由国家体委正式颁布实施。本文通过对单跳大纲编制依据及形成过程的说明，以及对专项训练内容的剖析与对考核动作、比赛动作的释析，论证了该大纲的科学性、先进性、系统性和实用性。

| Abstract: | The State Physical Culture and Sports Commission has promulgated and implemented teaching and training syllabus in acrobatic gymnastics. Based on the explanation of the grounds and formation of the syllabus, analysis of major training contents and analysis of test and competition exercises, this article demonstrates that this syllabus is scientific , advanced,systematic and practical. |
