| 摘 要： | 21世纪的供应链不仅是物料的供应链，更是知识的供应链，供应链上各企业之间无缝隙的知识共享能力成为决定供应链竞争能力的关键要素。然而，多种因素影响了供应链知识共享效率．导致知识共享的成功率较低。文章概述了供应链知识共享的意义，剖析了制约供应链知识共享的主要因素。提出了建立供应链知识共享机制的举措，以期提高供应链知识共享的效率和成功率，增强供应链知识的创新能力和核心竞争力。
