收益共享契约下港口供应链协调的双层规划模型

摘    要:为促进港口供应链上下游企业间的合作,构建收益共享契约下港口供应链协调的双层规划模型,上层模型目标为协调后的整体收益最大,下层模型目标为货主的总成本最小。综合考虑投入、风险、贡献、地位等努力程度因素对模型结果进行修正。设计混合遗传算法验证双层规划模型的合理性。通过算例验证表明:收益共享契约下的港口供应链协调能够产生更大的经济效益,实现收益共享,且修正后的收益分配机制使港口供应链成员局部收益最优。

Abstract:In order to promote the collaboration between upstream and downstream enterprises in port supply chains, a bi level programming model of port supply chain coordination under revenue sharing contract is constructed. The upper level model is aimed at maximizing the whole revenue after coordination, and the lower level model is built to minimize the total cost of cargo owners. The result of the model is modified by considering degree of effort factors such as investment, risk, contribution and status. The hybrid genetic algorithm is designed to verify the reasonability of the model. The example shows that, the port supply chain coordination under revenue sharing contract can produce greater economic benefits and achieve revenue sharing, and the modified revenue distribution mechanism makes the local income of port supply chain members optimal.
