| 摘 要： | 终身体育是提高中华民族整体素质的必由之路。在我国正由社会主义计划经济向市场经济转轨阶段，必须坚持社会体育、学校体育、竞技体育的协调发展，重视家庭体育的作用，树立终身体育崔，更好地服务于社会主义市场经济可持续发展的战略。
