| 摘 要： | 义务教育是关系国民素质的奠基工程,充足的义务教育经费投入是义务教育健康快速发展的基本保障,但当前我国农村的义务教育发展前景并不容乐观。本文通过建立模型对近年来云南省农村义务教育经费投入现状进行了实证分析,并指出农村义务教育投入不足、各州市之间教育经费投入水平存在较大差距是目前云南省投入面临的主要问题。

| Abstract: | Compulsory education is the foundation engineering related to the qualities of citizenry.An ample expenditure for the compulsory education is a basic guarantee for the healthy and rapid development of the compulsory education,but the prospect of the present development the compulsory education in China's rural areas is not quite bright.The paper makes a positive analysis of the rural compulsory education expenditure in Yunnan province in recent years,and points out that the shortage of the rural compulsory education expenditure and the great difference of the compulsory education expenditure between prefectures are the chief problems that Yunnan province faces currently. |
