我国高校体育产业化的制约因素与发展对策研究

采用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法，运用经济学、管理学、社会学和体育学等相关理论，对我国高校体育产业化的制约因素和发展对策进行研究。我国高校体育产业虽说拥有稳定的消费群体、充分的闲暇时间、优越的人力资源和丰富的物质设施等优势，但产业化过程中存在思想观念滞后、政策法规的支持力度不够、产权关系不明晰且经营范围偏小、经营方式单一且经营资金不足、缺乏经营人才而管理水平偏低等制约因素；进一步解放思想和转变观念、利用自身的资源优势开拓市场、完善政策法规和推进社会化改革、加强对体育产业应用型人才的培养等方面提出相应的发展对策。

The Constraints and Development Strategies of China's College Sports Industry

Based on documentation and logic analysis, this paper studies the constraints and development strategies of China＇s college sports industry by using economics, management, sociology and sports science and other relevant theories. Although China＇s college sports industry has a stable consumer groups, enough leisure time, excellent human resources physical facilities, and other advantages, in the course of industrialization there exist backward ideas and concepts, lack of support of policies and regulations, unclear property rights, too small business, single management, shortage of funds, lack of qualified personnel, low level of management and other constraints; Through further emancipating our minds and changing our concepts, using our own advantages in resources to develop new markets, improving our policies and regulations and promoting social reform, strengthening the cultivation of talents in sports industry, this paper puts forward some development strategies accordingly.
